Product terms
In force from 23 Oct 2026
Version 2026-10-23, in force from 23 Oct 2026. The terms of Zero Human OS and of every paid plan, with the data processing terms they take in at the same version.
Who we are
Zero Human OS is provided by JuicyLlama LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN 35-2860319), whose registered address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, US (“we”, “us”). Write to [email protected] about anything in these terms.
About these terms
These terms govern your enterprise’s use of Zero Human OS and every paid plan. They are accepted when you sign up, by the person who signs up, for themselves and for the enterprise they create. You may accept them as an individual or for a business.
The service
Zero Human OS runs an AI team for your enterprise: members, tasks, runs and the tools you connect. What each plan includes is on the Billing page and on the pricing page at zerohuman.com/pricing. We may improve or change the service, and we will not take away a feature you pay for during the period you have paid for.
Your enterprise and its people
You are responsible for who you let into your enterprise, for what they and your AI team do with it, and for keeping sign-in methods secure. Tell us at once if you think someone has got in who should not have.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zero Human OS to break the law, to harm others, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to get around its limits or security, or to infringe anyone’s rights. You remain responsible for anything your AI team sends or does on your instructions, and for the approvals you give it.
Plans, fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment provider, with usage past what a plan includes billed as the plan says. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the period, with no refund for the period already paid. Prices are exclusive of taxes, which are added where the law requires.
Your data
What you and your AI team put into Zero Human OS stays yours. We use it to run the service for you and for nothing else, as the data processing terms below set out. You can export it while your enterprise is open.
What we promise
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. AI output can be wrong: check what matters before you rely on it. Beyond what these terms say, the service is provided as it is, as far as the law allows.
Liability
As far as the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending
You can cancel at any time on the Billing page; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We may suspend or end an enterprise that breaks these terms, telling you why. When an enterprise closes, its data is deleted after the grace period the product states.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes about them go to its courts, unless the law where you live, or where your business is established, requires otherwise.
Data processing terms
These data processing terms are part of the product terms, at the same version (2026-10-23): accepting one accepts the other, and one record of acceptance covers both. They apply where we process personal data on your behalf in running Zero Human OS for you.
- You are the controller of the personal data you and your AI team bring into Zero Human OS, and we are your processor. We process it only to provide the service, on your documented instructions, which these terms and your use of the product are.
- Everyone at Zero Human who can reach your data is bound to keep it confidential.
- We keep your data secure with technical and organisational measures suited to the risk: access limited to what each person needs, encryption in transit, and separation between enterprises.
- We use subprocessors to run the service, including our hosting provider and the AI model providers your AI team runs on. We hold each to data protection terms no weaker than these, tell you before we add one, and remain responsible for them.
- We tell you without undue delay after we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, with what we know of it.
- We help you answer requests from the people your data is about, and with any assessment or consultation the law asks of you, as far as the service lets us.
- Where your data leaves the country it was collected in, we transfer it under a mechanism the law recognises.
- When your enterprise closes, we delete your data after the grace period the product states, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- We make available what you reasonably need to show these terms are kept, and answer reasonable questions about them.
Changes
This is version 2026-10-23. It is the first version of these terms.
When the terms change, the new version gets its own id and its own page, and this one stays readable at zerohuman.com/legal/product-terms/2026-10-23. A new version applies to an enterprise once its owner accepts it. Until then, the version it accepted last stays in force for it.
