What zerohuman.com collects when you visit it or ask for access, what we do with it, who helps us, and how to ask about it. It covers this website only: Zero Human OS, the product, will have its own policy before anyone uses it.
Who we are
zerohuman.com is run by Zero Human (“we”, “us”). Write to [email protected] about anything in this policy, and a person will answer.
When you browse
Nothing that identifies you. The site sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser’s storage, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (the page asked for, when, and the address it was asked from) to run and secure the site.
If a page breaks in your browser, an error report goes to Sentry: what went wrong, on which page, and your browser and operating system. It carries nothing you typed, no recording of the page, and no tracking. It is only sent from zerohuman.com.
When you request access
The request-access form sends us:
- your email address;
- the plan you chose, if you chose one;
- your answers to the three questions (what you want to achieve, the features that matter, your budget), if you give them;
- your browser family (for example “Chrome on macOS”), the page you sent it from, and the time;
- whether your email’s domain can receive mail, which we check before we accept the request.
Your network address is used, in memory only, to stop one connection sending too many requests. It is not stored, and it is forgotten within a day, or sooner if the site restarts.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your request, and for nothing else. Zero Human runs on Zero Human OS, so an AI member of our own team reads your request, posts it to our team’s Slack channel so a person follows up, and emails you our waitlist reply. We use your answers to decide when Zero Human is ready for what you need, and to write back to you about it.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where the law asks for a reason: we use it because you asked us to, to take the steps you requested, and in our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site.
Who helps us
These providers handle the information above on our behalf, only to do their part:
- Railway, which hosts the site and Zero Human OS;
- Cloudflare, for the domain, the network in front of the site, and routing our mail;
- the AI model providers our AI team runs on, which read a request so the team member can act on it;
- Slack, where our team sees each request;
- Postmark, which sends the waitlist reply;
- Sentry, which receives the error reports.
Some of them process information in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your access request until you ask us to delete it. Request logs and error reports are kept only for the shorter periods our providers keep them.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including to object to how we use it or to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
zerohuman.com is for businesses and is not meant for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information; if you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
